This simple statement is a powerful reminder that we are responsible for our own health and fitness.

We can't control everything in our lives, but we can control how we respond to the challenges we face 😉.

There will always be obstacles and excuses, but it is up to us to find ways to overcome them.

If we want to be healthy and fit, we need to be proactive and make healthy choices every day 🙂

You skip the warm-up and cool-down.

Warming up is a key component of any workout.

Take five minutes to get your blood pumping and loosen up the tissues around your joints. 😊

Try a brisk walk and some dynamic stretches to get your muscles primed and ready to work. 🚶♀️🚶♂️

Also stopping abruptly at the end of a workout is hard on your body. 😐

Take five minutes to calm things down by walking, stretching or doing gentle yoga moves before showering. 🤗
