Here we have 3 different cases.
2 of these didn’t not receive a suspension, one of them did, so let’s compare the pair.
Same income, same super contribution, different intent.
Tom lynch exits the marking contest with no intention of marking the ball, tucks his shoulder and plows it into Alex Keath. Tom lynch does this 5 times a year (appeal approved, 0 weeks) ✅
Harry McKay runs at sheezal like he is the g train on crack with his elbows raised, which seems as if he had no intention of laying a tackle, but with every intention of knocking the head off of a rookie. (Appeal approved, 0 weeks) ✅
Zach Merrett lays a tackle on sparrow which ends up being high. Puts his leg in front of him, drops his weight and brings sparrow to the ground with him in-wet conditions, Merretts body lands under sparrows, sparrow didn’t have his arms pinned and if you ask me this is a great tackle that looked worse than it was. Sparrow also was fine after this. (Appeal denied, 1 week) ❌
