1. Having realistic expectations from day 1? Fat loss is an UP/DOWN journey and need to be treated carefully (ie just completely dropping your calorie intake and increasing your activity from day. One with no plan will only lead to failure and not to mention severely under eating.)
2. Have you just looked online and decided a macro and calorie target with no consultation?

3. The major one β your lifestyle and habit formation. What you go through on a day-to-day basis has a massive impact towards your fat loss efforts and building muscle.
From the second you wake up till the second, you go to sleep every factor will make an impact on how balanced your hormones make up is as a man. If you have a complete lack of sleep for 2 to 3 days, I can have a massive impact when youβre fat loss, your metabolic rate and not to mention your mental health.
