Here’s Robert pressing 30kg dumbbells on an incline- a personal best and a huge milestone in his strength journey.
The best part? Right after the set, he looked over and said:
“ Please, send it to me- I want to show it to my son”.
That moment says it all.
This isn’t just about lifting heavier- it’s about building strength, confidence, and the kind of pride that reaches far beyond the gym.
Progress looks different for everyone, but it’s always worth celebrating- at any age. Well done, Robert.

A big congratulations to Jennifer, who reached an incredible milestone today- squatting 50kg with the barbell!
Barbell squats are a recent addition to her training, and she’s taken to them with strength, determination, and great form. Jennifer, a proud mum of three, continues to show that age is no barrier to building strength and staying active.
The video shows part of her lower body and core strength session.
Well done, Jennifer! We’re so proud of your progress. Next stop: 60kg!
