American runner Rachel Entrekin has become the first woman to win the Cocodona 250 ultramarathon outright, beating the entire field and smashing the course record by over two hours. 🏔️

She conquered the gruelling 407km trek across Arizona in just 56 hours and 9 minutes.

In her own words: Life at 72 is looking different than every other decade. Two summers and two new knees ago, I decided to add strength training to my workouts because we all need to maintain muscle as we get older.
