At the end of the day, you can hate me as much as you want for advising against ultra processed foods. I have posted content for years, my message has stayed consistent, and it will take more than calling me names to stop that.
If youāre overweight, yes the processed protein foods are a good start, but donāt pretend for a second that these are āhealthyā
Weāre also in an epidemic where most men have clinically low T and their health markers are completely messaged up. I get dozens of DMs every week from people asking how they can improve it naturally.
There is a very clear link on how this disrupts gut health and subsequent hormones.
I have hours on hours of free videos explaining how to improve it if you want to improve. Macros and a calorie deficit are important but the specific food you choose is just as important.
Side note: itās meant to be menās mental health month. Iāve received death threats, online harassment, had my physical property stolen, all because of my stance on nutrition.
For the first time ever Iāve heavily considered not posting on social media anymore.
Iām all for the fun and games of disagreeing with people and Iām a fairly resilient person with āthick skinā but please consider the impact hateful messages have on others.
