Today is all about celebrating the people who support us, encourage us, make us laugh and are always there when we need them.

Whether they’re the ones smashing out a workout, attempting Pilates for the first time or cheering from the sidelines, we hope all the amazing father figures out there have a wonderful day!

Here’s to strong bodies, healthy minds and maybe even convincing Dad to join you for a class 😉💪
