Wood Fired Sauna & Sound Bath in Megalong Valley.

Experience the good heat, a soothing sound bath and nourishment by the fire in the beautiful Megalong Valley

A collaboration between Sauna/Bastu and Sublime Sounds

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a nourishing gathering of warmth, rest and connection.

We’ll begin with a 90-minute wood fired sauna session, allowing the body to soften, unwind and soak in the Sauna Bastu good heat.

You will afterwards be invited to immerse on a deeply soothing sound bath. featuring crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, gentle drums, chimes and other therapeutic instruments thoughtfully woven to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and inner stillness. A coming home back to balance.

We’ll close our time together with herbal tea, a delicious nourishing soup by the fire and space to connect and simply be.

A gentle invitation to slow down, soften and refill your cup.

The magic of ånga

A Swedish sauna is often enjoyed dry—warm, crisp, and deeply warming.

Then water meets the hot stones.

Sunset Sauna Sessions

We run two Sunset Sauna sessions most weekends in Megalong Valley.

The first begins just before sunset, giving you time to fully absorb the beauty of the changing light, the warmth of the sauna, and the peaceful close of the day.

The second starts as the sun dips below the horizon, allowing you to experience the magic of twilight as the valley transitions from day to night.

Both sessions offer a unique opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy one of Megalong Valley’s most beautiful moments.
