Whilst participating in my 21 Day Reset Cleanse Program, Sonia was able to learn to listen to her body, this is so important because often we are always go go go! And we forget to allow ourselves time for rest and recovery, allowing our body to take the time to heal itself.

Our bodies have amazing healing powers if we allow it the chance.

Client success story.

Greg was one of my first few clients, and like others didn't know if the 90 Day program would get him any results, he had tried before with various things that worked for a while and then fizzled out.
Working together we were able to uncover his eating habits and make easy MANAGEABLE changes to create lasting change, and the weight is coming off, but this time for good!

Over the last few months, I have been doing an online course with Jack Canfield and Patty Aubury, its been amazing to say the least. With daily challenges I am always pushed out of my comfort zone, this month is all about Gratitude. We were asked to send out letters of appreciation, I sent a DM to an idol coach of mine and got a response!! Thanking me for the kind words.
