A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, starting your training is that first step towards the road of success. Everybody is different, and with those differences come various goals and challenges towards that goal. No matter who you are or what you do I want to help you overcome those challenges along your health and fitness journey towards your goals, whether they be sport specific, weight loss, hypertrophy or general well being.

Got a sweet tooth? πŸŽ‚ Try this cheeky little snack/desert for less calories than a Mars bar! 🍫

Give this healthy afternoon snack a try!

1 x Chobani Fit (I use 🍌)
20g Frozen Raspberry
20g Frozen Blueberry
20g Frozen Strawberries
20ml Queen Sugar Free Maple Syrup

Put all the berries and syrup in a small bowl and microwave for 30-60 seconds. While this is going squeeze the Chobani Fit sachet into a bowl. Once slightly stewed pour on top of the yogurt and enjoy!

Calories: 119
Protein: 13g
Carbs: 12g
Fats: less than 1g

This has become one of my favourite new exercises. Chest supported face pulls are essential for anyone that spends lots of time driving or in front of a screen gaming/working/studying to help maintain strength and posture. Always remember: Form + Function over Weight+ Ego. πŸ₯·

What a difference 2 years (with a break for knee surgery) can make! Kaneisha ( ) has smashed out a new PB lifting nearly 1.5x her body weight for 5 reps and has gained a fair amount of lean muscle mass in the process!

(Video 1: 30kg x 5, Video 2: 65kg x 5)

Remember - Consistency is key and hard work pays off.

These bad boys are great as warm up or in between sets of compound leg exercises (leg press, squats, deadlifts, etc) to get those muscles firing on all cylinders.

Try not to rock as you move laterally and find a band that feels right for you. (5-7 RPE)
