Some of our lovely fit women have reached new class milestones. I love acknowledging these milestones because creating change in your mind and body AND maintaining a healthy mind and body is all about consistency!
Anyone can exercise regularly for 1 week, 1 month even a couple of months, but doing the work and making it part of your way of living each week is where the real changes lie.
This applies to all habits, movement, eating, meditating, etc.
