UPDATED- OFFICIALS REQUIRED MATRIX FROM EACH CLUB
🚨 Coffs Coast cyclones BMX Club – State Series Round 2🚨
🚲 Back in to it after a huge Nat Champs week! 🚲
Dear BMX Community,
We’re pumped to be racing again with what’s shaping up to be a massive 2026 season with State Series Round 2 at Coffs Coast BMX Club! As always, our events rely on the strength and spirit of our club community. Here’s how you can help us launch the season in style:
1. 🙋♀️ Officials & Volunteers Needed
As per the AusCycling matrix, for every 10 riders entered per club, one volunteer official is required. Your help is critical to ensuring a smooth, safe, and well‑run event.
We need support for:
• Official practice sessions
• Track official duties
Your contribution goes a long way in delivering an awesome event experience.
2. 🚘 Parking for Officials
Officials must assign themselves via the StackApp duty roster to be eligible for an event parking pass.
Passes will be issued only to:
• Individuals listed in the duty roster, or
• Those added during the officials meeting prior to racing.
3. 🪪 Transponders, Licences
Please ensure all riders have:
• Active licences
• Working, registered transponders
📌 Important Plate colours :
• Boys: Yellow plate with black numbers
• Girls: Blue plate with white numbers
• Cruiser: Red plate with white numbers
This ensures riders are staged and scored correctly.
4. 🔋 Transponder Battery Health
Before arriving at the event, please check that your transponder battery is strong and functioning correctly.
Weak batteries lead to missed laps, incorrect scoring, and unnecessary delays.
If in doubt—replace it, or test it before race day.
5. 📋 Expired / Missing Transponders & Licence Status
Please check the attached lists for:
• ❌ Expired transponders
• ❌ Missing transponders
• ❌ Expired licences
👉 All riders appearing on these lists must resolve their issue before the weekend.
Come see us at the Van!
