Derby Day 2026 💙💛

We saw our Inter 1s and A1 teams go head-to-head in their Derby Day clashes, before heading back to the club for a fun night of player horse races.

Congratulations to Holly Young, who created an absolutely fantastic hat and took home the prize-
a 4 x pass to Morphettville Racecourse! 👒🏇

A huge thank you to Morphettville Race Course for kindly donating the prize for our Derby Night Hat and Fascinator Competition.

We look forward to many more fun events and nights together throughout the 2026 season
And again thank you to everyone that helped out throughout the evening 💙💛

Tomorrow is a massive day for McLaren Flat Netball Club with BOTH our Inter 1 and A1 teams taking the court 💙💛

A great chance to come out and support the top of our Junior and Senior divisions all in one day 👏

🏐 Gentle reminder to all players and families regarding our Game Day Uniform requirements.

Whole club game day uniform includes:
• McLaren Flat Netball Dress
• White socks
• Navy or black shorts
• Leggings can be black or navy

For U9 & U11 only:
• Long sleeve tops may be navy, white or black
• Solid colours only – no patterns

⚠️ SPONSOR TOPS -both current sponsor and old sponsor tops -
ARE NOT TO BE WORN ON GAME DAYS.
*Exception: A1 Navy as part of their current sponsorship agreement.

Plain training shirts with NO sponsor logos may be worn on game days.

Sponsor tops (both current sponsors and previous sponsors) may be worn to TRAININGS ONLY.

This help ensure we are upholding our commitments to our current 2026 sponsors and maintaining a consistent and professional club appearance across all teams 💙💛

Just a friendly reminder regarding the canteen roster if you are listed for a shift, please make sure you are fulfilling your allocated timeslot or organising another person to do this for you 😊

Mandy puts a lot of time and effort into trying to make the roster as fair as possible for everyone, while also considering those families who have already chosen the voluntary $50 opt out payment.

We completely understand that life can get busy and that volunteering isn’t always possible for every family throughout the season. The voluntary opt out option has been introduced simply to give families another option if committing to canteen or other volunteer duties may be difficult.
