Hawkesbury Hornets BMX Club EST in 2001, we are an Auscycle affiliated BMX club for all ages starting from 2 years old + We have members as young as 2 come along for some fun and fitness!

The Hawkesbury Hornets BMX Club is a fantastic BMX club servicing the Hawkesbury and it's surrounds. We pride ourselves on the fun family atmosphere we have created and welcome new members to join at any time. The club was started in 2001, as a joint project between the council and the police force, as a means of providing the youth in the area a place to ride their BMX bikes safely, help burn the

ir never ending energy and as a place to meet mates with similar interests.. All these years later, the club is still as enthusiastic and passionate as the day it began, and the club's riders always perform well at the state events. The club prides itself on inclusion and encourages anyone who comes to the track to ride, to have a go at racing. Many hands make light work, and volunteers are the backbone of every BMX club. The good news? Becoming a volunteer is easier than you might think!

✅ Step 1: Get a Non-Riding Membership

If you’re not already a member, you’ll need an AusCycling Non-Riding Membership:

✅ Step 2: Get Your Working With Children Check

Apply here:

Once approved, email your WWCC number to:

and ask for it to be attached to your AusCycling membership.

✅ Step 3: Complete the BMX Club Official Course
