Before I experienced breathwork for the first time in 2024, I had the exact same question… Like, do you just breathe, or???? 😂🤔
But if you’ve ever experienced breathwork yourself before (ESPECIALLY breakthrough breathwork), you’ll know that it’s an experience that is so profound that words even struggle to hold just how powerful it truly is 🙌🏽
So technically breathwork is breathing... YES. But also, not even close.
Because while breathing is something we do automatically every single day, most people don’t realise that the way we breathe directly impacts our nervous system, stress levels, emotions, energy, focus, sleep, anxiety & overall state of being.
