Great session this morning covering pace in the middle of a warm up and cool down. 10kms of progress.

And “Boom” 💥 just like that - some of the team have shot to the front to level up the pack. We are shaping up in all sorts of ways 🙌.

Also remember - look after yourselves off the water as well. Nutrition, mobility, strength and rest are the most important part. Play the long game for optimal health and well being and the results will come 🏄‍♀️🏄‍♀️🏄‍♀️

Another stunner on the Swan

Stunning evening for a 5km time trial on the Swan River Perth. Conditions were perfect both ways which is a rare thing but we’ve had few lately 🙌.

Sup Fit was replaced with the Ramon Race event this morning with some of the crew!!
Well done to Emma Hammy Raphael who won her category and to Maree, Michelle and Kris in the 55+ category for 1st, 2nd and 3rd with Tim Mulford

Conditions were stunning but deceptively tough on the water. The event was superbly organised and a big thanks to Lawrence Greed for these great shots!
