Newcastle Medieval and Regency Dance

Newcastle Medieval and Regency Dance Newcastle Medieval Dance is a medieval dance class, incorporating dances from the seventh to the seventeenth century.

We cover country dances, court dances, bransles and galliards. We run balls and feasts to encourage our students to use the dances they have learned and to branch out into other facets of medieval life. Newcastle Medieval Dance is a member of the Newcastle and Hunter Valley Folk club, and all dancers are also required to become members of the folk club.
