For nearly three decades, since 1996, Superfish Swim Schools has set the benchmark for instructor training and professional development in the aquatic industry. Led by dual Olympic swimmer and five-time Commonwealth gold medallist Andrew Baildon, and internationally acclaimed learn-to-swim trainer and assessor Karen Baildon, our in-house training workshops are conducted four times a year and are at the core of what makes Superfish instructors stand out.

These dynamic, hands-on workshops cover every stage of aquatic education, from drowning prevention and early learn-to-swim techniques to advanced stroke correction. With a strong focus on ongoing professional development, our instructors are continually upskilling, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge, skills, and techniques in swimming education.
