While we focus on online retail, we will be running numerous demo days where you will have the opportunity to try our sails and masts for yourself. My name Jonathan, and I’ve been windsurfing since I was a kid. My addiction began on a large dam on a rural property on the Northern Tablelands mo

re than 20 years ago. Braving freezing winters and chilly water, I instantly became hooked on this sport which has been in my blood ever since. I have lived and windsurfed in a number of great spots in Australia, from Cairns in Far North Queenlsand, Brisbane and it’s warm waters, to Melbourne and it’s epic Port Phillip Bay Southerlies. Now residing in Sydney, I’ve enjoyed sailing in the diverse spots that Sydney’s varying conditions have to offer. My stoke for windsurfing was the driving force behind the ‘Maui Pilgrimage’, and it was here that I purchased my first 5.8 Superfreak! This sail changed my whole perspective on the sport that I love. It was a sail with such a massive wind range, that it instantly became my most used and favourite rig. I’m so convinced of the quality, construction and performance of these sails that I want to spread the word.

25-30 knot SSW in Botany Bay. What made it even sweeter was blasting out on my first run with a perfectly tuned rig combo. 4.6 KS3, 370 HSM ULTRA mast, and an HSM Kauli carbon boom. Those days when your harness lines are bang in the right spot, and you have just the right amount of downhaul. Great session 😛

Most people have been close to someone who has suffered from cancer, for me I have lost a family member to prostate cancer. I have decided to join this cause and raise money by windsurfing across Port Philip Bay. Its a small gesture in the grand scheme of things, but many hands make light work. If y…

Maui Day 2: Despite a nightmare forecast of virtually no trade winds, we were still blessed with a 22 knot trade wind. Got out on the brand new GP1. Brilliant afternoon of blasting at Kanaha.

Team rider Glenn, has had a first rig of his GPS with the CAAS Power Wave 430 flex tip. While there was not enough wind to get out on the water, the sail looks to rig very well on this mast, with a nice draught, and cambers snapping nicely in true HSM fashion. So far so good : )

No wind Saturday for first rig test of the CAAS Power Wave 400. Whilst I didn't get out on the water, the mast visually rigged very well. So far, so good.
