MORE STRENGTH ⚡️
Not because Pilates, cardio or yoga is bad.
But because none of them replace strength training.🙅🏽♀️

You don’t need hundreds of fancy exercises, just a handful of staples to do well, consistently and for a long time. That’s where the magic happens!✨
What you do need is something you enjoy enough to keep showing up for with people who push you and support you at the same time. ❤️
As a coach, I believe you have to be about it, not just talk about it. I don’t ask anything of my members that I don’t ask of myself first.
I train.
I lift.
I challenge myself.
I stay consistent.
Not because I have to.
Because I believe in what I’m teaching.
Anyone can sell a trend… I’d rather lead by example.
So if I keep talking about strength, longevity and capability, it’s because these are values I apply to my own life every single day.
