We offer Taekwondo classes for the general public, suitable for men, women and children. We offer Tiny Tot classes (in some locations)
We offer BJJ / Ground Fighting classes (in some locations)
We offer Muay Thai / Kickboxing / Boxing classes (in some locations)
We offer effective Self Defence training for the general public. We offer specialised Combat training for the security industry and armed service personnel (in some locations)
We offer competition / sports Taekwondo training.

Training tonight at 6pm. Students who recently graded will continue to be trained on their new patterns. New yellow tips will enjoy light contact sparing with the use of body armour!
