A quick update for our Mat HQ community 🤍

Yoga classes on 10th, 15th and 17th June will be paused while Teresa takes some much deserved time off (Mat Pilates will be covered by our wonderful Zoe!).

If you’re still looking to move, stretch, and reset during this time, our Reformer Flex classes are a beautiful alternative; slow, supported sessions designed to help you release tension and feel good in your body. Mat HQ passes can be used for these during this time, please send us a message if you'd like to book in!
