Start by focusing on being present when it comes to food and activity. Take the time to savour each moment, whether that's enjoying the flavours and textures of a delicious meal or noticing the sensations of your body as you exercise.

Here’s what you can do:
Slow down: When you're eating, take the time to savour each bite. Notice the flavours, textures, and smells of your food, and pay attention to how it makes you feel.
Tune in to your body: Check in with yourself to see how you're feeling. Are you hungry? Full? Stressed? By tuning in to your body, you can better understand your needs and make choices that support your overall health and well-being.

Here are 4 strategies to help you beat the Sunday Scaries and start your week off right:

👉Understand the root cause
Are you worried about meeting your boss's expectations? Do you have too much to do and not enough time to do it? Without understanding the root cause of your feelings, you won't be able to come up with any tangible solutions.

👉Create a Sunday routine
Creating a routine for your Sundays can help you focus on what needs to be done today instead of what you’ve got to do tomorrow. Some things you can do on a Sunday include meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparing your outfits for the week ahead.

👉Define your priorities for the week ahead
You may have work to do, a home to run, and a family to manage, but what are YOUR priorities? Write down 3-5 things that you want to get done and make these a priority for this week. Get them done! No excuses.

Keeping your home tidy and clutter-free can be a constant struggle, especially if you have a busy lifestyle. Oh, the never-ending battle of the ever-growing clutter! 🤯

Fortunately, there is something we can do!
Here are some steps you can take to reset your home:
Start by decluttering: Take some time to go through your belongings and get rid of things you no longer need or use. One space at a time! . Consider donating or selling items that are in good condition, and throwing away anything that is broken or no longer useful.
Establish a cleaning routine that works for you: This can include daily tasks like doing the dishes, as well as weekly or monthly tasks like cleaning the bathroom or vacuuming. Creating a schedule or checklist can help you stay on track and ensure that your home stays clean and tidy.
Try to adopt the "one in, one out" rule. This means that for every new item you bring into your home, you should get rid of an old one.
Minimise the mess: Make it a habit to put things away after using them and avoid leaving things lying around. Dont’t out it down, put it away!
Get everyone involved: Encourage your family members to help out with cleaning and organising tasks, and make it a team effort.
