Just to show you all we are all human, even the Personal trainers.. We all hit a cross road at some point in our lives, we all have lives and sometime thing dont go the way we plan but as i can prove here its the heart and determenation of ones self to dig deep and pull out of the troubles lives feed us. Most of you would know the last 6 mounths hasnt been kind to me, and me myself would be my worst demond am bigest critic of my self. ive defenatly havent been living the life i want or need..Well in saying that things are moving forward and i have done alot of sole searching and this is where we are at. as of today , this day is a big part of who i am and i did it, not out of the woods as in being me and living a healthier life but today marks the first day of training in whats been forever..NEVER GIVE UP, NEVER GIVE IN, STAND AND FACE WHAT LIFE THROWS AT YOU AND ALWAYS I MEAN ALWAYS BELIVE IN YOU, THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE WATCHING KNOWING AND BELIVING YOU CAN DO WHAT EVER IT IS YOU FACE.
