2024 Harden Horse Trials

I took both the girls to Harden last weekend competing in the top and bottom levels for the weekend.

Big thankyou to Harden Horse Trials Association for putting on a super event and all involved in making it a fantastic weekend.

Thankyou to my dressage coach Sally-ann Quigley for getting Cecil and I to where we are today. The small improvements each outing at this level are what we need to continue going up the grades.

My super strapper, farrier, chef, chauffeur and all amazing husband Scott Peters for giving up his entire weekend to help me compete means the world 🫶🏻

It is with a heavy heart that we write to inform you of challenges affecting one of our much valued and respected community members, Emmily Fitzgerald.
Unfortunately, Emmily was recently rushed to the hospital due to severe liver failure. As of now, she is in a stable but serious condition at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney.
Please see the flyer attached for more information on Emmily's condition and how we can help.

As a close-knit community, let us offer our thoughts, prayers, and support to Emmily and her family during this challenging time.

We will continue to keep you updated on Emmily's progress as we receive more information.

Great 30km training ride this morning in the forrest.

Thankyou to Kiwarrak Endurance Ride 2023 for putting on a fabulous ride over the weekend. Also a big thanks to all the volunteers, vets, TPR’s as this would not be possible without all of you.

Scott took Lomani Park Anjuna on her first ever Endurance experience in the 42km on what was quite a technical and challenging track for a novice horse. Although it wasn’t her day she now has 42km under her belt and will be out on track again in the near future.

Sam on Lomani Park Cheif Wokai also in the 42km with his 3rd Endurance outing completing his logbook with all A’s and 1’s we couldn’t be happier with this boy.

Tayla piloting Castlebar Icon in 84km coming in 2nd Junior in a time of 7hrs 40min.

After an enormous effort at The Bushgrove Gift the weekend before last the girls received much deserved treatments from Rebecca of Elementals Equine Therapies on Saturday. Needless to say to they all thoroughly enjoyed every minute 😍

Team Peters headed to the picturesque town of Dalton this weekend to attended The Bushgrove Gift.

🌟This weekend was extra special as it saw Tayla attempt her first 160km ride on board Rhonda. Not only did they complete the 160km ride but Tayla was 1st Junior Rider across the line and Rhonda awarded Best Conditioned horse in a time of 15hrs 43m.
Thankyou to our super strapper April Newman for coming and helping us all out. Your help, knowledge and support was much appreciated.

🐴 Sam & Misty completed the 116km elevator in a time of 8hrs 39m.

🐴 Scott & Roxy unfortunately went out lame after leg 1.

🙏We would like thank Kristie, Rodney & Sarah of Bushgrove Endurance for putting on such a well run ride with amazing views and scenery.
