Well done to our athletes who competed at the NSW Cross Country Championships over the very tough Nowra course on Saturday.
Amy S 13th in the 10s 2km event.
LilyEve E 18th in the 12s 3km event
Nathan W 12th in the 14s 4km event.
MiaRose E and Sienna W 18th & 19th in the 15s 4km event
Oliver B 9th in the 16s 6km event
All our runners finished under the current NSW Cross Country minimum standard to qualify for selection as an Additional Competitor for the 2026 Australian Cross Country Championships 😱

Congratulations too to Ayla B who competed for her second club and place 5th overall in the 14s 4km event. This place qualifies Ayla for selection as an Official Team Member for the NSW team for the Australian Cross Country Championships. 👏👏

Jope Rauqe who last night played for the U19 NSW Blues team in the State of Origin 💙🩵

Recently Jaykay gave back to our community as a guest presenter at our Annual presentation day.

Sydney Cross Country Championship update

A huge congratulations to all of our athletes who proudly represented their school at last week’s Sydney North Regional Cross Country Championships! 🌟

🇦🇺 International Competition Update! 🇦🇺
A huge congratulations to Tim, who represented Australia last week at the Taiwan Athletics Open in Taipei!

Competing in his specialty event, the 110m hurdles, Tim put together a strong performance, finishing 5th in his heat and stopping the clock at 14.26 seconds. In a nail-biting result, he missed out on the final by just one place

It’s always exciting to see our athletes competing on the international stage and proudly wearing the green and gold. Tim continues to represent himself, his club, and Australia with distinction, and we can’t wait to see what next season has in store.
