The most intensive forms of training are particularly demanding of/ and a function of the Central Nervous System (CNS). The human organisms’s nervous system (NS) is divided into the CNS, Peripheral NS and Automatic NS.

The ANS and its sympathetic (Fight or Flight) and parasympathetic (Relaxation) branches, maintains the function of non-voluntary systems and structures such as the cardiac system, detoxification system, digestion, immune, hormonal and respiratory systems. The OVER work of the body’s control center (The CNS) may potentially impair the functioning of many biological systems 🫨

The physical efforts that generate the highest stress to CNS are either a product of high velocity, high force, or an aggregate of the two. Regarding movement related stress, all movement is graded by the motor units. Motor Units consist of a motor neuron, its axon, its neuromuscular junction, and the muscle fibers that it innervates/ connects to.

🔈 Episode 45 today with Show Jumping 🐎 extraordinaire, .furlanis regarding communicating our goals to the right people, and what to do when we identify that those we thought might be be our biggest supporters, actually become our detractors 😧

“Yeah. And it’s often the ones that you least expect, like your biggest supporters. And then unfortunately, sometimes it’s the people who you do expect to be your supporters, who it brings out a deep insecurity within them…”

“If you’re going after something and they are too scared to do it. And often it’s disappointing in a way, but you almost have to be empathetic and think, what is it about you and you going after your dream that is so threatening to them? And it’s not necessarily personal to you, but it’s just where they’re at…”

DEAR MUMS 🤍❤️

We won’t be in club on Mother’s Day, so we’ve left behind a few snacks, treats and protein bars for the incredible Mothers in our Snap Fitness community.

Whether you’re raising kids, supporting everyone around you, or somehow still making time to train after doing it all, we appreciate you.

We’ve also left our whiteboard out for the weekend. We would love for you to write one thing you appreciate about your mum, a mother figure, or a mum in this community.

🐎 A year of change and flux with potential 📈 for leadership and influence.
🐑 A better year than last year. Better financial fortunes, especially at work, where long-term plans can be implemented.
🐒 Significantly more success in their careers and finances than in the Year of the Snake. Take the initiative to create opportunities for movement.
🐓 Good financial and career fortune this year. Happy events such as marriage and childbirth could be on the cards this year 😯
🐅 Good personal and professional fortune. This is the time to seize opportunities and shine through hard work and self-improvement.
🐇 Rabbits will be “destroyed” by tai sui this year, which means relationships and emotions will be unstable 🫨 Although your hard work reaps rewards!
🐉 Bad luck could be turned into good luck. This means disasters - such as lawsuits and illnesses - might be averted or resolved.
