There are many things that can be done to reduce the chance of having a prolapse. Educate women in appropriate exercise habits before, during and after pregnancy is probably the first one. Whose job is this? Why women know about prolapse when they are already suffering the symptoms?

I wish I had known the devastating impact some exercises can cause long after giving birth, because now I live with prolapse, writes Andree Withey.
