We are certified CrossFit Affiliate located at 72-74 Shepherd Street, Marrickville in a 400 square meter warehouse gym that is 100% CrossFit. Our training methods and program produce results for all levels of fitness, from the inactive to the elite athlete.

Huge congratulations to George on an incredible performance at the Torian Pro over the weekend, taking out 3rd place in the 65+ Masters division 🥉
It’s been an absolute pleasure coaching George and watching the commitment and effort he brings every single day. Seeing him give it everything out on the competition floor was genuinely inspiring and a reminder that age is never a limit when it comes to pushing yourself and chasing big goals.
