Western Area Management Committee Annual General Meeting

Please be advised the Western Area Management Committee Annual General Meeting will be held Monday 20th July commencing 7pm at the Marrawah Hall, 844 Comeback Road Marrawah.

Sporting and community users as well as interested community members are welcome to attend the meeting and are encouraged to seek nomination to the committee.

The following positions will be declared vacant at this time:

Chair (1 position)

Secretary (1 position)

Treasurer (1 position)

Committee Member (up to 7 positions)

Ahead of the long weekend and the surf carnival being held in Marrawah, the Western Area Management Committee would like to remind the public that the grounds surrounding the Marrawah Memorial Hall and Marrawah Fire Station are private property.

Camping is strictly not permitted on these grounds without prior approval.

📣 CHArts Market – Saturday 20th September
⏰ 12–4pm | 📍 Marrawah Hall

Hey everyone, not long to go until our upcoming CHArts Market on the 20th of September at the Marrawah Hall!

We’ve created a page for the event, so make sure you follow along to see some of the wonderful stalls and activities that will be part of the day.

But that’s not all. CHArts is bringing plenty more across the community:

✨ Fabulous hay bale displays around the area
✨ A kelp basket workshop at the Stone House
✨ A sea glass & shell workshop at the Little Church, Marrawah
(Please note: bookings and payments are required for workshops – see the CHArts program for details.)

And don’t forget, after the market (12–4), the evening continues with Charlie Don’t Surf live at the Marrawah Inn from 7pm. Be sure to book in for dinner so you don’t miss out! 🍽️🎶
