Beach Bumz is an outdoor training group for all ages both men and women with a qualified personal trainer.The classes are held on Maroubra beach and on the grass area beside South Maroubra surf club.The classes are $10/hour no joining fees and no booking neccesary.The winter classes are on Monday and Wednesday at 6am and on Sunday at 10am.In the summer there is more morning and afternoon sessions.

There is also private personal training available for $50/hour .To arrange a personal session please call Lesley on 0403696345
