Another achievement of the month by the same guy Deadlift . He's so strong that even after he lost balance he could still recover the weight lol. Next time we will hit 150kg!

Another massive achivement by my client . This time it's a 10kg PB on his back squat . We set a goal to hit 150kg by the end of June but it looks like the goal has to be revised. Great job buddy!

He started training about 3 months ago and has been doing 5 sessions a week with me. His back squat went up from 100kg to 145kg during this period, which just shows commitment and hardwork produce unexpected outcomes.

So proud of my client Leon with his 130kg back squat. 2 months ago his squat was 100kg and he's been working really hard, training 5 days a week ever since. Hardwork will always pay off!

Overhead squat 3 x 70kg. This weight was my personal best before. Glad that I hit it for 3 reps. Failed on my 4th.

Second achievement of the month by my client .cai with her 85kg back squat. This is a 15kg PB from around 1.5 months ago. She trains with me 2x a week for most weeks and does 3 extra days of my strength program. Hard work pays off! Good job Sammy!

I just want to share some of my clients' achievement this month as a proof that anyone can achieve their goals if they have the right mindset supplemented with the right action and attitude.

Here's the first one. Leon with 120kg back squat, a 20kg PB after about a month and a half. He trains with me 4 times a week and does his own cardio sessions at his own time. Great job bro!

A simple set up that you can use to force that full hip extension at the pull. This also trains your balance and stability at the top of the pulling position.

Why this is important? Because a full hip extension COMBINED with global stability will translate to maximum force possible= heaviest weight possible
