👩🏽🍳 You can’t out-train a poor diet.
The strongest training program won’t deliver results if your nutrition isn’t supporting it.
My mishfit 12 Week Challenge ladies are getting the best results and they aren’t looking for shortcuts, they’re focusing on the basics:
✅ Protein with every meal
✅ Plenty of whole foods
✅ Preparation over temptation
✅ Consistency over perfection
Train hard. Eat smart. Stay consistent.
