Last week was Mairead’s last session before heading back home to Ireland 🍀( you must be almost home now)

From bootcamp days in South Coogee when I was pregnant with Kai… to nearly 10 years later 🥹

It only took me about 5 years to properly say her name 😂 and even now I still occasionally just smile and nod when she says something to me🤣🤣🤣

You have been an absolute legend, always up for a chat, a laugh, and getting the work done. You’ve been such a big part of the Mishfit family and will be missed by so many.

💜Mums & Bubs Strength Classes 💪🏽👶🏼

As a mum of 2 myself, I know firsthand how important movement and training can be not just for our bodies, but for our mental health, energy, and confidence too.

Strength training is especially important for mums. It helps rebuild strength postpartum, supports pelvic and core stability, improves posture from all the feeding/carrying/lifting we do daily, and helps us feel stronger and more capable in everyday life.

These classes are designed to be supportive, welcoming, and realistic for mums. Little ones are always welcome, and I have a playpen set up for bub while you train 😊

✨ The sign is officially up ✨

So I went with the 💪🏽 strong & powerful option.

I loved seeing everyone’s thoughts on the last post especially those of you who chose the 😊 happy & welcoming version, because I love that you see the studio that way & because you know me😉

But when it came to the sign itself, I wanted it to be clear and direct about what we do here.
This is a women’s gym where we lift weights, train hard & get strong.

The stronger sign felt bold, powerful and aligned with that message.

And hopefully once women walk through the doors, they also feel what so many of you already do, that the studio is welcoming, supportive & a pretty fun place to train 💜✨

At week 7 into our 12 week challenge I got this message… 😍

‘Woohoo, today is an awesome day 😍!!!! One of my all time favourite skirts fits perfectly with the zip done all the way up and there’s even a bit of space so it’s super comfortable. I’ve been wearing it with the zip partly down forever. I love you Mish 🥰💜💙!!!’

Fast forward - 12 weeks complete 💥and her measurements were amazing!!
