We are very sorry to inform you that this weekends PPTC has now been postponed due to the whole Pacific Park venue closing.

We were notified by Pacific Park management this morning that due to the severe weather expected Thursday and Friday they are closing all activities at PP for this weekend.

Unfortunately that includes the club trial.

PPTC committee will reschedule this event and let everyone know a new date as soon as possible.

THANKS to everyone who came to todays Trial at Pacific Park. So good to see plenty of happy riders again for Round 2 of our club championships. (Todays preliminary results below).
Thanks heeps to Jono, Kaitlyn, Hayden, Mac, Kevin and Phil for setting a great course again, and huge chops to Phil Hall for a masterful Breakfast BBQ. That man knows how to build a brilliant Bacon and Egg Roll!

Calling on a couple of PPTC Club members to help us with the BBQ Sunday morning. Pretty simple just doing bacon and egg rolls for everyone during sign on period. if any of you can twirl a spatula, and know a rasher from an onion ring it would be really great if you could come and lend a hand. SECTION SETTING AND GRADE REMINDER!

● Section setting this Saturday, meet at the clubhouse at 9am.
Any and all helpers welcome!
Perfect riding weather predicted for the weekend, top of 23 and clear skies!

● As we look to ensure consistency in the level of sections across all clubs in NSW, we will offer classes Trial 1-5.
We want to maintain consistency between our sections, Wollongong, Canberra, and Denman. That way, you don't have to ride different grades at each event, and it will make it easier to run a TRA interclub championship.
There will be a slight change in level for us:
Trial 5 and Trial 4 will remain the same.
Trial 3 will be a C+ level, think tighter turns and shorter run-ups.
Trial 2 will be more of a B-grade level, with hopping and/or float turns.
Trial 1 will be a combination of A and X, keeping the focus on technical sections, leaving options for obstacles to suit both levels of riders.
If you are unsure of the grade to enter, please arrive a little earlier on Sunday to check the sections for yourself and make a decision before kick-off.
