Expressions of Interest are now open for our Bali Jiu Jitsu Camp from 14–17 January 2027.
Join us for 4 days of training, learning, recovery and connection in one of the world’s most iconic destinations.
✅ 2 Jiu Jitsu sessions per day

Jiu Jitsu sessions will be led by Lucas Santana from Legacy Sunshine Coast alongside special guest coaches, while the S&C sessions will be delivered by the team at Sunshine Coast Strength.
Whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills, immerse yourself in training, or simply experience an unforgettable few days in Bali with a great crew, this camp is for you.

Crazy looking back at this video from a year ago.
The mission behind Sunshine Coast Strength hasn’t changed one bit.
I opened this gym because I wanted to create a place built on real coaching, genuine community, and helping people become stronger in every sense of the word.
Nearly 6 years later, we’ve grown, evolved, and helped more athletes and everyday people than I could’ve imagined — but the vision is still the same.
Train with purpose.
Support the people around you.
Keep showing up.

Valhalla Strength’s Battle In Valhalla yesterday was a massive day for the SCS team. This prep has been huge teaming up with the .prescription team for Saturday trainings. The vibes throughout were elite and the results turned up yesterday because of the team! This photo means so much to us. Our small little gym started in a garage 6 years ago took a team down to a big Brissy comp and showed them what our community can do. 4 medals, bulk pb’s and more fun and laughter than we could count. A special thank you to and the whole Swadling family for the help in the day. ran a great competition too! The heads are a little sore today but planning has begun for the next one. See you all next Saturday for team training!

We’re now ready to begin taking Exercise Physiology appointments from next week at Sunshine Coast Strength.
This service is designed for people who need a structured, supervised pathway back to strength — whether that’s due to injury, surgery, chronic pain, or returning to training or sport.
Led by Exercise Physiologist Jackson Hudson, our approach combines:
• Private initial consultations
• Clear assessment and planning
• Supervised gym-based exercise progression
• Strength-based rehab with long-term outcomes
• At-home Exercise Physiology visits where required
Initial availability will be limited as we open.
