A big thank-you to everyone for their continued support this year. We love seeing you every week and it makes coming to “work” an absolute pleasure!

Good morning everyone 🙂
As advised by Queensland Health the Sunshine Coast lockdown is extended until 4pm Sunday.
The studio will continue to stay closed until this time 😭 We will plan to re-open Monday morning unless advised otherwise.
Take care and stay safe everyone. We miss you all and can’t wait to see you back from Monday 🤞💪
