Hey Team Suncoast I will be running a couple of suspension training classes on Tues at the Maroochydore rugby league grounds.
Starting the 2nd of June
First one to kick off at 8.30am
Second one at 9.15am.
Approx 30mins a session
$10 each max numbers 6x per session.
