💙To kick off the weekend, we’re excited to introduce our 2026/27 senior captains💙

Leading A Grade for the first time will be Brock Fletcher. After joining the Panthers last season, Brock made an immediate impact both on and off the field, with his performances earning him a place in the EVCA Team of the Year.

Brayden Serpell will take charge of B Grade this season, drawing on his experience as Vice-Captain and stand-in skipper last year. Brayden is well respected within the group and is ready to make the role his own in 2026/27.

Ankit Singh will once again take the reins of C Grade after leading the side last season. Ankit brings plenty of enthusiasm to the role and will be looking to continue building a strong, enjoyable environment for both established and developing players.

The club is also still working towards fielding a second C Grade side this season. If you’ve been thinking about returning to cricket, joining a club for the first time, or simply getting back out there with a few mates, we’d love to hear from you.

Congratulations Brock, Brayden and Ankit — we’re looking forward to seeing you lead the Panthers in 2026/27.

🏏 Calling all junior cricketers! 🏏

Marong Junior Cricket Club is looking for boys and girls to join our teams for the upcoming season. We are aiming to fill Under 11, Under 12, and Under 14 sides in the Bendigo Junior Cricket Association.

If you’re keen to play, learn new skills, and have some fun with your mates, we’d love to have you involved!
