𝗝𝗔𝗜 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗫
We’re excited to have Jai Gretgrix re-sign for another year as a Panther. Coming through our junior program, Jai has developed into a versatile player who can play as a lockdown defender and has successfully transitioned into the midfield this year. His hard work and consistency have been recognised with two Coaches Awards and 3 premierships, highlighting his commitment and impact on the team.

We’re thrilled to have Cooper Hale re-sign for another year in the red, blue & gold! Coming off an outstanding 50 goal season and earning selection in the LVFNL Team of the Year, Cooper has cemented himself as a key player. A hard running, strong marking forward with a beautiful kick for goal, we can’t wait to see what he delivers next season!

HUDSON SCHNEIDER — U14C BJFL BEST & FAIREST! 💛💙🏆
What an incredible achievement for Hudson Schneider, taking out the 2026 BJFL U14C Best & Fairest with an outstanding 22 votes!🥇

Hudson has put together a brilliant season, consistently performing at a high level and becoming such an important part of our U14 side. His hard work, commitment and consistency throughout the year have been fantastic to watch.

Winning a League Best & Fairest is a huge individual honour and a fantastic reward for the season Hudson has produced.

An achievement Hudson, his family, teammates and everyone at Marong FNC can be extremely proud of — and the season isn’t finished yet, with a Grand Final still to come!🔥🏆

GROUND MEDICS NEEDED – JUNIOR FINALS 🚨

We are urgently looking for qualified Ground Medics to assist with our Junior Finals Day at Marong on Sunday 6th September.

With 5 games to cover throughout the day, the more volunteer medics we can get to help share the workload, the better!

⛑️ Level 2 First Aid or Level 1 First Aid qualification is a must.

If you’re qualified and can volunteer your time for one or more games, please get in touch ASAP. 🙏🏼

⏰ First game kicks off at 9:00am

Locky Lee re-signs for another year with the Panthers! A four time premiership player with over 100 games to his name, Locky has been a huge part of the club’s success. An explosive midfielder with plenty of speed and power, Locky has the ability to break the game open and push forward to hit the scoreboard. We’re excited to have Locky back for another season and look forward to seeing more of his explosive football in the red and blue!
𝗥𝗬𝗟𝗘𝗬 𝗧𝗔𝗬𝗟𝗢𝗥
Another Panther set to go around again! Ryley Taylor will be back for another season, adding plenty of experience and class to the team. A four time premiership player and a true junior product, Ryley has now passed the incredible milestone of 200 club games. Whether he’s lining up forward or through the midfield, his strong marking ability and knack for finding the goals make him a dangerous player to have around the ball. We’re looking forward to seeing what Ryley can produce in another big season!

Nathan Devanny signs on for another year with the Panthers! Our Captain Courageous is back, bringing his toughness, leadership and experience to the team once again. A tough and uncompromising midfielder, not to mention his ability to find the goals from anywhere. Nathan is a four time premiership player who has proudly pulled on the jumper 148 times. It’s easy to see why he continues to be such an important part of the Panthers.
𝗗𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗗 𝗝𝗢𝗛𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗡𝗘
David Johnstone re-signs for another year with the Panthers! Our Vice Captain had a fantastic season after making the move into the midfield, showcasing his speed, toughness and ability to impact the game. A quick and skilful player, David is also a proud four time premiership player with 90 games under his belt.

We’re thrilled to have our Captain and Vice Captain back for another season and look forward to seeing them continue to make their mark as a Panther!
