We’ve been quiet. For good reason but don’t worry we are so close to making a lot of noise in the next few weeks. Hear us out….

Sorry for the radio silence, truth is, we’ve been deep in construction, building what we reckon is the best wellness facility the West has seen. In fact we’ll guarantee that one. Aura.one is only weeks away now, so follow along.

Now… for the training.. We are famous for our structured strength and conditioning and this next piece is some of our best work yet.

We are excited to announce we’re rallying behind our great mate and long-time OG member, big Sauce Maloooos, as we team up to bring something incredible BACK to life.

Our 8-week program starts Monday 31st August. Sooooo that means you better get yourself back into gear…

It’s our Road to Murph 2.0.

Train with purpose. Two structured cycles, one goal and whether or not you take on the event at the end of it, we guarantee you’ll be left in a great space coming into summer.

This is the next chapter of Empower Club here at The Mecca. We’re excited to launch more training options and services, including the return of Balance the perfect blend of rest and recovery, in our private studio away from the gym noise and free to all membership levels as an extra service. ( did we mention it’s also directly across from our private wellness studio 👀)
