Feb 17th is Random Acts of Kindness (RAOK) Day. Even though we should be kind everyday, sometimes we get caught up in our lives, in our heads and in our worries and kindness slips.
RAOK is a great opportunity to reflect on the profound impact kindness can have on our lives, especially during challenging times.
Recently, I've transitioned from running my own business to stepping back into a corporate environment. This change has brought a whirlwind of adjustments – from early mornings to longer hours – and I've found myself grappling with dwindling energy and creeping self-doubt.

But amidst the chaos, I've rediscovered the transformative power of kindness. About five years ago, when I was suffering from anxiety and my confidence took a hit, I turned to small acts of kindness as a way to lift my spirits. From paying for strangers' coffees to leaving kind notes on the train, these intentional acts of 'kindness on purpose' not only brightened someone else's day but also helped me regain perspective and positivity.

As life got busier, I slipped out of the habit. It wasn't until yesterday, when a stranger in front of me at the coffee shop couldn't pay for his drink, that I was reminded of the joy that comes from extending kindness. Without hesitation, I paid for his drink, and in that moment, I felt an overwhelming sense of fulfilment and connection.
Kindness isn't just about making others feel good – it's about nurturing our own well-being and resilience. It's a reminder that even in our busiest moments, we have the power to uplift ourselves and those around us through simple acts of compassion.
So, as we mark Random Acts of Kindness Day, I encourage you to commit commit to making 'kindness on purpose' a daily practice. Whether it's a small token gesture or a grand way to support someone, let's spread kindness like confetti and watch as it transforms not only our lives but the lives of others as well.
Remember, kindness is contagious – let's be the catalyst for positive change in the world, one act of kindness at a time. ✨

I finished going through the updates and the training for the revitalised version the core Stress Management and Building Coherence Program that I teach through HeartMath a couple of weeks ago.

Now I need to practice it with PEOPLE so I can get my upgraded certificate.

Tomorrow (Monday 18 December) at 8 am Brisbane time (AEST) I have a small group of lovely souls ZOOMing in for an hour before they start work.

A couple of people have already done the training before with me and are after a tune up to help regulate their stress and feel more in control over the holidays.

AND I have some new people who are keen to build some self awareness and see what this all about - and see whether it can help them manage their stress and feel more in control and in flow.

Now - If you have seen any of my posts over the past couple of years and were curious about what I've been banging on about, this is a great taster of what my Stress Management and Building Coherence trainings are about and you and any of your friends are invited.

Hello lovely friends and family ❤️

Its just under 2 weeks til Christmas and I'm curious if anyone is feeling drained in the lead up to Christmas. Maybe you've noticed you've been snapping a lot... Maybe you are feeling like you could do with a 'tune up' and get some quick tools to be your best self around family and friends?

I've just finished an upgrade and refresher of my Stress Management training through HeartMath and I'm looking for a few people who might be feeling a bit exhausted and run down and are interested in feeling more energised and want to feel more balanced and in sync.

🙋‍♀️Because - how much more will you enjoy Christmas with your family if you have some simple tools that you can use to stay composed in stressful moments?

Imagine having Xmas and family challenges over the holidays and not losing your s&*t ... Or if you do lose it (and most of us do) - what if you could quickly reset and calm that chaos....

This will be a 1.5-2 hour session on zoom next week ( 18-23rd Dec) as my Christmas Gift to you ... and to me.

I’ve been on an amazing 10 week European trip ( my first time ever in Europe) and I’ve been finding the jet lag harder than the last time I was overseas in 2019.

So this week I’m focusing on being kind to myself and finding more flow…. And that is my wish for you too🤗❤️

Ooh I’m feeling this one this week🤣
I’ve finally sent off all my Trainer and Assessor assessments and paperwork and I’ve been busy cleaning out the office, packing for our big trip and cleaning up the house for our range of house sitters.

I’ve let my clients know that I won’t be offering any new training or coaching programs for a few months and you might not see much action on this page until I get back.
