I have continued training in Perth with Chael Hilton through Ch-ilates.com.au. I am currently completing a Certificate IV in Fitness and Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance again with Breathe Yoga and Pilates in Melbourne (because t
hey were so good the first time). This will allow me to further help clients reach their fitness goals as well as work closely with Physiotherapists in a Clinical Pilates setting. After a postural analysis and some muscle strength and length testing we then embark on an exercise program specifically designed for you. You will be guided through these exercises with good form and posture which will also be relevant to your desired goals. These sessions are appropriate for people who have not exercised for a long time or undertake a lot of exercise already and.... everyone in between. Exercises will be chosen for your current level of fitness and also for your particular posture. Prices for these pilates personal training sessions are as follows:
1st session includes postural analysis (80 min): $50.00
Following sessions (60 min): $40.00
