The best soccer Mum ever and I can still hear your encouraging words, all those years ago to little Ammi on the ninja courses. Willing her up, over and across the obstacles when she doubted what her little body could do☺️

• Whole foods matter more than trendy diets
Fads sell, but real health comes from simple, repeatable habits: eating whole foods and hitting protein targets.
• Supplements aren’t the solution
They’re extras, not essentials. No pill can replace sleep, good food, and consistent training.
• Most fitness advice thrives on confusion
Many “hacks” are designed to keep you dependent. True coaching should build independence, not reliance.
• Quick fixes destroy long-term progress
Short-term “detoxes” and “shreds” may feel productive, but they distract from the real work of building lasting habits.
• Credibility matters
Don’t take advice from people who don’t practice what they preach. Real results come from lived experience.
• Novelty isn’t progress
Constantly switching programs keeps you entertained but not stronger. Progress comes from mastering the basics.
• Good coaches build systems, not dependence
Spoon-fed answers create reliance. The best coaches teach you principles so you can succeed without them.
• Habits are the foundation of health
Workouts, diets, and motivation won’t stick without structure. Habits outlast fleeting willpower.
• Inaction is the biggest danger
The real risk isn’t injury or genetics—it’s waiting another year before starting.
• Discomfort drives change
Growth happens under stress. If you’re always comfortable, you’re not adapting.
• Consistency beats intensity

Our Story

I've been training people for over 13yrs, however fitness has been an intergral part of my life since I was a kid. My love of the outdoors inspires my Boot Camp style programmes and the desire to stay healthy for my three beautiful children inspires me to motivate others to do the same through my small group training sessions.

You don't need to tell me life is busy, we can all be ‘busy’ but making the time for myself and my health is now a non negotiable! If my ‘bucket’ is continually empty, then how am I to look after everyone around me? Its so important for our mental and physical health to fill our ‘buckets’. I compete nationally and internationally in Obstacle Course Racing and have been ranked #1 elite female racer in Australia. Through the this sport and Australia Ninja Warrior I have had the privilege to be coached and mentored by some of Australia's leading athletes and fitness professionals. Athlete aside, I am a Mum! I get it. It doesn’t matter where you are in your journey I will help you along. Im not in the game to ‘smash’ people, I will simply draw the bet out of YOU and what YOUR body is capable off:-)
