Still not over last night 🔥✨

We jumped on the viral choreo from our queen Mayara Lima and WOW… what a vibe!! 💃🏽

This combo is actually from last year’s Carnaval (yes we’re fashionably late 😏) but honestly… better late than never. Good samba never expires!!

Hips were working, and there were a few “wait what comes next?!” moments 😂 but that’s what makes it fun. We showed up, gave it a go, and owned it! Big thanks to the amazing 💛 your video really helped us understand the moves more clearly and gave us that extra inspo to go for it!

I’m so excited to announce a brand new 5-week Samba block starting Wednesday 4th March 💛

This class is NOT for absolute beginners, but if you’re fit, love cardio, music, dancing, and enjoy challenging yourself, you’ll LOVE it ✨

So many escape the winter in Margs. But for those of you sticking it out, those who have kids and work and obligations - we see you, you’re a champion!

Even through winter, a regular movement practice is crucial to our health and longevity 🔥
