Wardandi/Margaret River: do you feel like no one ever listens to you? That you're stuck in a loop and you can't get out? That if people knew who you really were, they'd run a mile?
Most of us were raised to put ourselves last and beat ourselves up. But this doesn't make us kinder to others. What if we could find a way to hold our own needs and others as equally important?
Transform your relationships so you get to feel seen and heard. Develop compassion for yourself and others. Learn to use language that connects instead of distancing. Listen to your own needs and find ways to meet them. Begin to befriend shame.

She sat in the workshop, tears streaming down her face. She had been challenging the content for two days but she'd finally got it. I gently asked her why she was crying.
'If I had known this thirty years ago, I'd still be speaking to my mother. I haven't spoken to her for thirty years.'
