Hi everyone I'm Nadia and i'm currently studying my certificate III and IV in fitness through FitCollege Cairns. I have created this page to promote by future skills in the industry to help those wanting to reach goals and achieve a healthy lifestyle. I started my fitness journey at a young age with two goals; weight loose and a stronger mindset. My first step was small as i could barely run 300m without stopping, up and down a dirt road. Little by little i lost the weight, eventually giving me enough confidence to sign up to a local gym where i participated in classes and used the gym floor. My mindset grew and the weight came off, which allowed me to reach a stage that meant being able to participate in the Great Wheel Barrow Race 4 times over the years. Now as i have graduated from school with a stronger mindset and a healthy lifestyle I begin my line of study in the fitness industry, where i rely on Crossfit to keep me setting and reaching goals. I hope my past experience inspires others to reach out and contact me so they can reach their goals, as i reach mine with them.

Tip: if you can't get a full depth squat try putting weights at the heel off your feet to help even out the ratio of you...
