Mareeba United Football Club social six-a-side competition. Off season competition for all levels of competition, ladies and mens competitons.

Mens & Ladies - A & B Grade competitions. Ladies From 14 years and older can play in the ladies competition's, males from 16 above can play in the mens competition. Played on wednesday nights.

⚽ MUFC Summer 6s ⚽️

What a way to finish the season!

Last night’s Grand Finals delivered everything;
quality football, big crowds, tense finishes, and an atmosphere that showed exactly what Summer 6s is all about.

A massive congratulations to all our champions, finalists, and every team that took part this season!

🏆 2025 Summer 6s Champions

🙍🏻‍♂️Men’s A Grade: Tunesquad — defeating Pineapple Express 4–3 in a thriller

🙎🏼Ladies A Grade: The Chicks — topping Footloose 5–1 with a strong performance

🙍🏻‍♂️Men’s B Grade: Barras — winning a nail-biter on penalties 5(7)–5(6) against Biggest Cakes

It’s been an unbelievable season from start to finish. From the opening round to last night’s deciders, we’ve had cracking goals, great sportsmanship, and plenty of fun both on and off the pitch.

⚽ MUFC Summer 6s ⚽️
The final round of the regular season is complete and what a finish it was!

Friday night’s games delivered big performances, tight battles, and a few late surprises that helped lock in the Top 4 teams in each division. Massive effort from every team across the comp this season and congratulations to our Premiers.

📅 Semi Finals – Tuesday, 25th December
The top sides go head-to-head for a spot in the big dance. Expect intensity, quality football, and plenty of excitement across all grades.

📅 Grand Finals – Friday, 28th November
Championship night. Trophies and prize money on the line. Bragging rights up for grabs. It’s going to be huge! ⚽️

We’ll also have pizzas on Friday 🍕 so make sure you stick around, support the teams, and help us send off the 2025 Summer 6s season in style 🙌🏼

Round 9 is done and dusted, and what a night it was! 🙌

Another week of quality football across all grades. There were som close contests, a few upsets and plenty of big moments as teams battled for those crucial late season points.

Now we move into the final round of the regular season before finals kick off. The ladder is tight, spots are on the line, and every result this week could shake things up!

Our catch-up round is now complete, and it was great to finally get it played and out of the way 🙌🏼

It turned into another solid night of football with plenty of good vibes on and off the field with everyone enjoying the pizzas once again 🍕🔥

Now we roll into next week with our final round games and with the ladder tightening, every point is becoming massive as we head toward the final stretch! ⚽️

We’ve had a little shake-up to the schedule! 🌧️

Due to Tuesday’s wet weather, Round 5 has been postponed and will now be played on Friday, 14th November.

This week though, we’re in for two big nights of football 👀

📅 Round 6 – Tuesday, 4th November
📅 Round 7 – Friday, 7th November

Double the nights, double the action 🔥

We’re also cooking up some 🍕🍕🍕 on Friday night, so get your teams ready, bring the energy, and let’s make it a massive week of Summer 6s football! 🙌🏼

🌧 Summer 6s - Tonight’s Games Postponed 🌧

Unfortunately, due to the current weather conditions and in the interest of player safety and protecting our pitches, tonight’s Summer 6s matches have been called off.

This round will now be rescheduled to Friday, 14th November.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding — enjoy a dry night off and we’ll see you back on the pitch next week! ⚽💪🏼
