🥋 Elite Freestyle Martial Arts Black Belt Grading – A True Milestone for Jed Kath
The recent Black Belt Grading at Elite Freestyle Martial Arts was a proud and memorable occasion, marking a major milestone in the martial arts journey of Jed Kath. Under the guidance of Kyoshi Dennis, Jed undertook one of the most challenging and rewarding tests of discipline, skill, and spirit.
The grading was conducted under the expert supervision of Zong Shi Gary Sinclair, who travelled from Brisbane to oversee the event. His presence brought prestige and ensured the highest standard of assessment throughout the day.
Jed demonstrated exceptional focus, strong technique, and determination in every phase of the grading — from powerful kihon and precise kata to composed and spirited sparring. His performance reflected years of dedication and consistent training within the Elite Freestyle system.
Sensei Ben Stokes, also visiting from Brisbane, was on hand to assist during the grading, providing valuable support and motivation. Sensei Bruce Morris and Sempai Adrian Parsons also contributed their experience and energy on the floor, helping create a challenging yet supportive environment for Jed to showcase his skills.
Earning a black belt is a reflection of not only technical ability but also character, perseverance, and the spirit to overcome challenges. Jed’s achievement stands as a testament to his hard work and to the guidance of his instructors and peers.
Congratulations to Jed Kath on achieving his Black Belt — a symbol of commitment, growth, and the beginning of an exciting new chapter in his martial arts journey.
