This class is designed to awaken awareness of the body and inner self through the qualities of the natural elements and the practice of yoga.
🌱 Earth (Grounding)

Awaken the body by connecting with the steady and grounding energy of the earth beneath us.
💧 Water (Flow)
“What is moving within me?”
Explore fluid movement, softness, and the natural flow of energy throughout the body.
🔥 Fire (Vitality)
“What does my inner vitality look like?”
Awaken your life force through heart-opening postures and energising movement.
🌬 Air (Release)
“What can I let go of?”
Create space through breath, softness, and deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra.
Holding these questions gently in our awareness, we will explore movement, breath, and sensation, observing the body’s responses and deepening our connection with ourselves.
This class is inspired by the lessons, experiences, and reflections I would love to share before beginning my upcoming journey through Europe.
