🏉 RESULTS ARE IN — A HUGE WEEKEND OF JUNIOR FOOTY! 🏉

What a weekend across our junior grades — three cracking games and plenty to smile about!

Under 12s
Another ripper against Benalla Black! Both sides brought serious pressure, and our boys stood tall to claim a hard‑fought win. Great effort from the whole group.

Under 14s
The big showdown didn’t disappoint! A fierce contest from start to finish, with the Blue team taking the win and bragging rights for the week 😉
Don’t worry — the Gold team will be ready with a response next time!

Under 17s
Another strong performance from the lads, taking down the Magpies with a dominant display. Plenty to like, plenty still to work on — and now all eyes turn to a huge clash with top‑of‑the‑table College this weekend.

Yesterday we hosted the much anticipated Mansfield Under 14 boys Derby - where our Gold & Blue teams went head to head. Mother Nature turned on the weather, and after a fierce contest, it was the Blue team that came out victors - 70 vs 45!

Some big games lined up this weekend across the club.

The Under 12s hit the road to the Benalla Showgrounds, out the back on Oval 2, for what’s shaping up to be a ripping contest. The boys will be keen to bounce back.

The Local Derby is back and this one’s going to be bigger than ever. Neither side will leave a stone unturned — school‑yard bragging rights are on the line and you can bet they’ll bring the heat on Sunday.

The Under 17s will look to continue their red‑hot form when they take on the Wangaratta Magpies on Sunday afternoon. Plenty of momentum behind this group and they’ll be out to keep it rolling.

Get on down, enjoy some great footy, and tuck into the BBQ while you’re there.

Lords Oval tomorrow morning!
Wet‑weather footy is definitely on the cards — it’s going to be slippery, muddy and a whole lot of fun.

Our Under 10s and Under 13s will be ready to put on a show, rain, hail or shine. Get down, support the kids, and enjoy the action.

Some cracking games of footy over the weekend across all our junior grades 🦅💛💙

Under 12s battled hard all day in a tough contest. Benalla managed to break away late in the last quarter, but the boys’ effort, pressure and work rate were outstanding from siren to siren. Plenty to like.

Under 14 Gold delivered one of the games of the weekend. Benalla held control for most of the match, but the Eagles absolutely exploded in the final term to storm home with a huge win. That’s the sort of belief and momentum you want heading into the second half of the season.

Under 14 Blue put Centrals to the canvas with an outstanding display of teamwork and grit. A gutsy win over a top‑half side, and the boys will be up and about rolling into this weekend.

The 17s capped things off with a massive Sunday performance — great team play across the board and an even better overall display. A strong, confident win from a group that’s really starting to click.

Congratulations to the Under 14 Gold Boys Team, who today pulled off an epic win. Trailing for the first 3 quarters, entering the final quarter down by 20 points, the boys banded together to hold Benalla scoreless and win by 10 points. Final score 71 - 61. 💪👏

All four Mansfield sides will be in action at the Rec Reserve — a ripping day ahead for players, families, and supporters.

The BBQ will be running early, the atmosphere will be buzzing, and it’s the perfect chance to get down, cheer on the kids, and enjoy a great morning of community footy.
